What is Herbal Paws?
Herbal Paws is a UK dog wellness brand offering a range of natural supplements, hemp seed oil and grooming products designed for everyday dog care. We believe in simple, quality ingredients that are easy to add to your dog's daily routine.
What products do you sell?
We sell dog supplements including mushroom capsules, joint support capsules and omega-3 soft gels, organic hemp seed oil, and a range of shampoos and conditioners for dogs. All products are designed with everyday wellness in mind.
Are Herbal Paws products suitable for all dogs?
Most of our products are suitable for adult dogs of all breeds and sizes. Some products include dosage guidance based on your dog's weight. We always recommend checking the product page for specific suitability information, and if your dog is a puppy, pregnant, nursing or has an existing health condition, please speak to your vet before introducing any new supplement.
How do I choose the right product for my dog?
A good starting point is thinking about what you would like to support - whether that is your dog's coat, their daily activity levels or their general wellbeing. Each product page includes a full description, ingredient list and directions for use to help you choose. If you are unsure, feel free to get in touch and we will do our best to help.
Can I use more than one supplement at the same time?
Many dog owners do use more than one supplement as part of their dog's daily routine. However, if your dog is already on medication or has a health condition, we would always recommend checking with your vet before combining supplements.
How should I introduce a new supplement?
We recommend introducing any new supplement gradually, starting with a smaller amount than the suggested serving and building up over the course of a week or two. This gives your dog's digestive system time to adjust and makes it easier to spot any changes.
How long does it take to notice a difference?
This varies from dog to dog. Supplements work gradually as part of a consistent daily routine rather than producing immediate results. Most owners find it helpful to give a product at least four to six weeks of regular use before drawing any conclusions. Consistency is key.
Are the grooming products suitable for regular use?
Yes. Our shampoos and conditioners are formulated for regular use and are suitable for all coat types. They are designed to cleanse, condition and support healthy-looking coats as part of your usual grooming routine. Always rinse thoroughly and avoid contact with your dog's eyes.
What is hemp seed oil?
Hemp seed oil is a cold-pressed oil made from the seeds of the hemp plant. It is naturally rich in omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, making it a popular addition to a dog's daily diet. Our hemp seed oil is 100% organic, THC-free and contains no CBD. It is not a medication and is intended to support everyday nutrition as part of a balanced diet.
Is hemp seed oil the same as CBD oil?
No. Hemp seed oil and CBD oil come from the same plant but are very different products. CBD oil is made from the flowers and leaves of the hemp plant and contains cannabidiol. Hemp seed oil is cold-pressed from the seeds only and contains no CBD and no THC. Our hemp seed oil is purely a nutritional food supplement.
Do your products contain CBD?
No. None of our products contain CBD. Our hemp seed oil is made from cold-pressed hemp seeds only and is THC-free. It is a food supplement, not a CBD product.

How should I store the products?
Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets. The hemp seed oil should be kept in a cool environment and used within the timeframe shown on the bottle once opened. Check the individual product label for any specific storage guidance.
What should I do if my dog has a sensitive stomach or allergies?
Always check the ingredient list carefully before introducing a new product. If your dog has known sensitivities or allergies, we recommend speaking to your vet before use. When introducing a new supplement, starting with a smaller amount and building up gradually can also help your dog adjust more comfortably.
Should I speak to my vet before using supplements?
We always recommend speaking to your vet if your dog is on any medication, has an existing health condition, is pregnant or nursing, or is very young or elderly. While our products are food supplements designed for everyday use, your vet is best placed to advise on what is right for your individual dog.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50.
